Cheese and Cheers organizes tastings and presentations on beer, wine and cheese, featuring the best from New World artisans and craftsmen, along with Old World standards. We also can organize business events and parties. As an alternative to a typical steak house dinner or cocktail party, we can organize a beer dinner, a tasting of regional cheeses, or a beer vs. wine smackdown, where participants vote on the best companions for cheeses from outstanding wines and beers. We also offer an independent beer pairing program for artisan and farmstead cheesemakers and can match craft brewers with artisan cheesemakers for mutually-beneficial cross-marketing partnerships.

Meet this beer and you’re golden

Belgian golden strong ale is a textbook example of how a beer’s bite might be stronger than its bark, and vice-versa.
