Welcome to the Cheese and Cheers Blog. For the most part, the blog is centered on all things related to cheese and beer. It will include regular pairings and pairing panel posts (check every Monday to start) and will occasionally veer off into homebrewing, and reports from the Chicago beer community. Cheese and Cheers director David Phillips will author most of the posts, but watch for the occasional guest, too.
