Earlier this week Stan Hieronymus posted the roundup of the 49th installment of The Session. 

For those of you interested in the topic of regular beers, it’s worth having a look at what the participants came up with.   Very exciting for me have have had a chance to exchange ideas with a lot of folks who know a lot about beer.  I was busy paying the bills this week with a story about ice cream.  I’m sure I’ll find a beer-ice cream or cheese-ice cream topic to post sometime, maybe sooner than later.
