Have a couple of blog posts planned that I want to hype here. Next week I’ll post two pieces related to an exciting, relatively-new little brewery that I only recently became acquainted with.

First, check  Cheese and Cheers on Monday for a profile/conversation with the brewery’s co-founder and brewer.  Then, later in the week, we’ll pair one of  the brewery’s beers with a couple cheeses from an outstanding cheesemaker that happens to be both a geographical and philosophical neighbor.
