Grouping Preview: Breakfast Cheese w/ Beer

Did a nice tasting this morning involving a breakfast cheese from Fromagarie Belle Chevre, grouped with a Wit and a Kolsch from Mother Earth Brewing. This grouping takes us to the warm climes of the Southeast. It’s a region that lacks the numbers of cheese and beer artisans found in other parts of the country, but judging by the products I tasted today, no one should have to drink subpar beer or eat bad cheese in the Southeast. And what about eating cheese and drinking beer in the morning? Should come as no surprise, that with the right stuff, it’s delightful, and it shouldn’t send your day into a tailspin.
