Did a nice tasting this morning involving a breakfast cheese from Fromagarie Belle Chevre, grouped with a Wit and a Kolsch from Mother Earth Brewing. This grouping takes us to the warm climes of the Southeast. It’s a region that lacks the numbers of cheese and beer artisans found in other parts of the country, but judging by the products I tasted today, no one should have to drink subpar beer or eat bad cheese in the Southeast. And what about eating cheese and drinking beer in the morning?
